Please Read this Before Sending any Document to Online Writing Tutor!
Before you send any document, please contact Online Writing Tutor with your request. If you send your document wanting it done the next day without arranging for it with me and making payment first, it will be deleted. Online Writing Tutor is not a free service. There are many pages of free information available here to help you if you do not wish to pay for the writing and editing services that we offer. Also, we are not hiring for any positions at this time.
When you contact me, please supply the following required information:

After the job has been accepted, to get editing or proofreading help from Pixels & Bytes, please format your document either as an MS Word document, or as an RTF document. For manuscripts, please double-space your text, using a 12 point Times New Roman font. Please leave 1 inch margins on all sides. If your document is not formatted as specified, and we have not made prior arrangements for an exception, there may be an additional formatting charge of $1.50 per page.
Unless prior arrangements are made, your document must be submitted for editing at least one week before your deadline, or you will need to apply express service charges–for express service requiring a deadline of less than a week I will accept a maximum of 20 pages, and service options are limited to either light proofreading or medium editing. There is a minimum charge of $50.00, with an additional $8.00 per page after the first five pages. If the document requires more than that, I will not be able to accept it.
Contact me with specifications and I will send you a quote. I will not write academic or term papers or other materials that you are going to be receiving a grade for.
We can format your documents for you, including HTML documents. Just provide the raw materials, i.e. text and graphics, and tell us what you want it to look like and what file format you want (ie PDF, PowerPoint, etc.). I will let you know ahead of time if there is a format I cannot do.
Proofing or Editing by The Page
Proofing and editing are done for a per page fee. For larger documents, I am willing to consider a project fee. You can choose the level of Editing, from light proofreading to a full edit. If you are not sure, I can look over the document first and make a recommendation.
Do you have a very important document that gives you an error When you open it? If you are able to open your document and see that the text is still there before the error occurs, Pixels & Bytes can help. If you are unable to open the document, Pixels & Bytes might be able to help. If the error occurs while opening any document, Pixels & Bytes cannot help. Charges for document repair include a flat fee of $40.00 plus an hourly fee for any time spent on repair after one hour of services rendered. This fee can be divided into 15 minute increments. Any charges for document repair are nonrefundable. We will let you know up front if there is no chance of repair for you document. If this is the case there will be no charge. Bear in mind that damaged documents can sometimes loose their formatting, and that fees for this service do not include the prices for reformatting the document if it needs it.
Professional Document Services
Do you need help writing a proposal, a letter, an advertisement creating a special template or performing a mail merge?
Make an online appointment with virtual tutor, and actually sit down with a real person to go over your paper, letter, or proposal, line by line. Virtual Tutor offers suggestions on word choice, organization, and grammar as well as suggestions on how to improve your writing. Writing and payment must be received at least 24 hours previous to your appointment. This service is limited to short sections of writing, so if you are working on a manuscript, submit the sections that you are most concerned about. (Note: In order to make an appointment with Virtual Tutor, you must first be registered with either MSN or Yahoo instant messenger service)
Need help creating content for a web page? We can perform these services from a simple critique of your site, to writing full web content for you. Ask about website packages that can include domain registration, web hosting, site maintenance, site design, and original web graphics by Pixels and Bytes web design.
