If you are able to open your document and see that the text is still there before the error occurs, Pixels & Bytes can help. If you are unable to open the document, Pixels & Bytes might be able to help. If it happens while opening any document, Pixels & Bytes cannot help. In this case, you will need to contact technical support for your word processing software. Charges for document repair include a flat fee of $40.00 plus an hourly fee for any time spent on repair after one hour of services rendered, in 15 minute increments. Any charges for document repair are nonrefundable but we will let you know up front if there is no chance of repair for you document.
